Some of the comments that came back from last week’s blog were as follows:
- Have more discipline
- Lose weight
- Deal with procrastination
- Emotionally tired
- Make more money
- Have more hours in a day
- Different career path, better money
That ONE thing that you want to change, by ignoring it or not doing anything about it, how is it
affecting your life? Does it keep you up at night? Is it affecting your health or relationships?
Are you getting sick more and more frequently and wondering why? Are you tired all the time?
What I want you to do now is just become more aware of this issue and how it is affecting you
personally or professionally. Think about the different ways it is affecting you now or in the past.
Reflect just for a moment.
Now, that you are aware, on a scale from 1 – 10 with 10 being the greatest desire, how badly do
you want to address this issue and do something about it? It should be a 9 or 10.
If that is the case, then you are ready to work on your issue. There has to be a strong desire to
change otherwise nothing happens, right?
What one small baby step can you do today or within the next 7 days to begin addressing this
issue and making a change? One small baby step. Change requires action. I am not looking
for a huge commitment. You know what works best for you. What one thing can you do
differently to help you address this issue? Again, you must do something to change, it requires
